Role: Business Analyst
Location: Manchester Area
Hybrid/Remote: 2 - 3 days per week in the office
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000

They are currently on a transformative journey to reposition themselves as a leader in airport technology and innovation. Historically focused on infrastructure and asset-heavy operations, they have become much more product focused and are now leveraging technology to drive efficiency, improve customer experiences, and achieve long-term strategic growth!🚀
They’re now looking for a Business Analyst to join their HR & Payroll area, which supports around 25 applications. This role will be central to driving system digitisation, process automation, and business efficiencies across the organisation. 🛠️💡
You’ll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure changes are delivered successfully - acting as a trusted advisor to shape improvements, partner with delivery teams, and make sure solutions meet business needs and deliver real benefits.🎯
🔎 Who are they looking for?
* Solid BA experience across systems, process, and data change
* Comfortable working in both agile and waterfall environments
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* SAP/HR/Payroll systems knowledge is a plus
