Job Description
We are seeking a Newly Qualified Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking firm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to a broad range of cases.
Key Responsibilities Assisting with and managing a caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation, and civil claims.
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
Conducting legal research to support cases and advising clients on litigation strategies.
Representing clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Liaising with clients, barristers, experts, and other professionals to progress cases efficiently.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and professional standards.
Supporting senior solicitors with complex litigation cases and business development initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with a seat in litigation during training.
Strong academic background and a solid understanding of litigation procedures.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and commercially aware mindset.
Proficiency in case management systems and legal research tools.
