Pastoral / Behaviour Mentor – Leeds | The Education Network Location: Leeds Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Long-Term | Day-to-Day Supply Start Date: ASAP Pay: £90–£120 per day (dependent on experience) About the Role The Education Network is working closely with a number of primary and secondary schools across Leeds and surrounding areas to recruit dedicated and resilient Pastoral and Behaviour Mentors. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and succeed both academically and personally. You will work closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leads to provide targeted support, build positive relationships, and promote positive behaviour across the school.
