We are offering a franchised HR consultancy partnership for experienced HR professionals to build and grow their own business under the Our HR People brand.
Responsibilities
* Establish and operate your own HR consultancy, providing commercially sound and tailored HR advice to employers of all sizes across sectors.
* Develop and maintain a client network, prioritising client needs and delivering high‑quality consulting services.
* Utilise the franchise support package, including monthly team meetings, 1‑to‑1 business coaching, marketing collateral, business development resources, and holiday cover.
Qualifications
* Qualified HR Professional with CIPD accreditation (or equivalent).
* Minimum of 2‑5 years experience in a senior HR role such as HR Specialist, HR Director, or similar.
* Authorised to live and work in the United Kingdom.
* Strong entrepreneurial drive, commitment and passion for building a successful consultancy.
