We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed Managed Services Provider that’s scaling its new business team—and they’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across cyber, cloud, and connectivity.
This isn’t just a “smile and dial” role. It’s a consultative, solution-led sales position where you’ll engage senior stakeholders, shape strategy, and win high-value business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Identifying and winning new business across target markets
* Managing the full sales cycle (prospecting → close)
* Positioning solutions across cyber, cloud & managed services (XDR, SIEM, SD-WAN, Azure, M365)
* Building relationships with senior decision-makers
* Collaborating with Pre‑Sales and technical teams to close complex deals
* Driving pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets
What they’re looking for:
* Experience in MSP, IT services, or cybersecurity sales (new business or account growth)
* Strong commercial track record and target achievement
* Consultative, outcome-led sales approach (not transactional)
* Good understanding of modern IT environments (cloud, networking, security)
* Confident engaging stakeholders at multiple levels
