An exciting opportunity has arisen on our Renal unit at RCHT. We are pleased to offer a permanent post to work within our renal dialysis team. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a genuine interest in providing care for patients with renal failure to join our established and experienced team.
Your role will include supporting the delivery of renal dialysis to those patients and a commitment to delivering patient‑centred care.
Main duties of the job
Your role is to support the delivery of renal dialysis to those patients within our community with end stage renal failure.
The Renal Unit strives for clinical excellence and strongly supports the progression of clinical skillsets to optimise patient outcomes. We are developing a strong link nurse network with the aim of creating local experts within the team who can cascade knowledge and information to improve standards. Renal experience is desired for this role.
