What you will do
* Manage and process referrals to the CAMHS service and partner agencies.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments on referrals to ensure the appropriate care is recommended.
* Establish and maintain care contacts with families and young people to support their mental health journeys.
* Collaborate with partner agencies to streamline referrals and ensure the highest standard of care.
* Lead a committed team, inspiring excellence and continuous development.
Qualifications
* Experience working within a Community CAMHS setting with children and young people facing complex mental health and neuropsychiatric needs.
* Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively in a CAMHS environment.
* Demonstrated skill in leading teams and managing various stakeholder expectations.
