Location: Slough (5 days onsite)
Base pay range
£55,000 – £60,000
Overview
A growing HealthTech SaaS company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of client relationships across onboarding, adoption, and retention. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers gain measurable value from the platform while identifying opportunities for growth and renewal.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer onboarding and implementation
* Develop and execute success plans with defined KPIs
* Drive product adoption through proactive engagement
* Conduct QBRs, health checks, and renewal planning
* Collaborate with Sales on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
* Capture customer feedback to inform product development
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS
* Proven experience driving adoption and renewals
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness and comfort discussing ROI
* Organised, analytical, and process‑driven
* Interest in HealthTech, MedTech, or healthcare innovation
* Structured progression and training
* Collaborative onsite culture with a high‑growth SaaS business
* Exposure to leading technology driving improvements in healthcare
