Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Integrative Health Centre – East Sussex £55 per hour (Ltd) | Flexible Days We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a busy and expanding Integrative Health Centre in East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and clinically confident practitioner to play a key leadership role within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding patient care, mentoring colleagues, and helping shape innovative clinical services as the organisation prepares to move into a purpose-built, modern practice designed to enhance both patient experience and staff wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based care for registered patients Provide leadership and clinical oversight to Practice Nurses and HCAs Ensure compliance with CQC standards, infection prevention and control, and clinical governance requirements Lead chronic disease management clinics and health promotion initiatives to support improved QOF performance Work as an Independent Prescriber to support patient pathways and clinical decision-making Mentor and support colleagues through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance development reviews Collaborate with Practice Managers and Clinical Leads to identify population health needs and implement service improvements Support staff development and career progression alongside the Learning & Experience team About You We are looking for someone who is: An experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner with demonstrable advanced practice experience Experienced within primary care or general practice (urgent care backgrounds with transferable skills will also be considered) A confident and inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and support teams An excellent communicator with a compassionate, patient-centred approach Adaptable, resilient, and able to work flexibly across sites where required Desirable Qualifications & Experience Teaching or mentorship qualification Minor illness and chronic disease management training Independent Prescriber qualification Family planning and women’s health qualifications What’s on Offer Competitive rate of £55 per hour (Ltd) Flexible working days Opportunity to influence and shape future clinical services Supportive and collaborative working environment Career development and training opportunities Be part of an exciting transition into a brand-new, modern healthcare facility If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and want to make a real impact within an innovative and growing healthcare organisation, I would love to hear from you.
