A well-respected and highly-successful property and construction consultancy are looking to strengthen their Liverpool presence with a Regional Director, with a strong background in either Building Surveying or Project Management.
About the Role - Regional Director
This is a strategic, influential and high-profile leadership position in which the Regional Director will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the consultancy’s regional vision - driving financial performance, shaping long-term business strategy and overseeing project delivery.
You will lead local business development initiatives, manage key client relationships and lead recruitment to grow and inspire a high-performing regional team. Key responsibilities will include developing and executing a regional business plan, managing budgets, turnover and profitability, expanding and leading the Liverpool office, enhancing the consultancy’s profile and presence across the North West and overseeing successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects.

About You - Regional Director
* A strong background in either Building Surveying or Project Management
* A relevant degree qualification & MRICS accreditation is preferred
* Team leadership experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
* Currently operating at Associate Director level or above
* Previous experience managing key client relationships, supporting business development and contributing to growth
* A professional, team-focused and enthusiastic leader, able to foster a positive team culture
