Annual salary: up to £36,137.50 Plumber Maidstone – Travel is required across Kent Salary: £36,137.50 per annum, plus company van & fuel card Full time - Permanent – 42.5hrs per week Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT) provide a full range of in-patient and out-patient mental health services across Kent & Medway operating across numerous sites it includes services for older adults, forensic & specialist services and acute services. The Trust has a diverse property portfolio of around 68 sites with an approximate total GIA of. 70,000sq. m spread across Kent and Medway, which provide 24-7 365-day patient services. Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) employs around 5700 staff made up of community nurses, physiotherapists, dieticians, podiatrists, dental staff and many other health care professionals and corporate services. The Trust is one of the largest community health providers in England, serving a population of approximately 1.4 million people across Kent, East Sussex and parts of London Boroughs. This Trust has 33 sites included in the contract. About the Role: As a Plumber within our Maidstone branch, you will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Plumbing repairs and refurbishment activities to NHS sites ac-cross the Kent area. delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards. The main role will be to deal with plumbing emergencies and take ownership in undertaking repairs, fault findings and complete small maintenance repairs. It is important to ensure customer experience is central to all activities by providing a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients and both internal/external stakeholders. As part of the role you will be required to keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies and report to your Supervisor/Manager where damages occur as well as utilise existing stock or collect materials as and when required to meet works order requirements, in accordance with standard operating procedures for purchasing and van stock control compliance.
