What you will do:
Undertake comprehensive Child and Family Assessments, delivering timely interventions and support to safeguard children’s welfare.
Conduct Section 47 Child Protection enquiries where necessary to determine appropriate levels of care and protection.
Develop robust safety plans through collaborative work with children, families, and multi‑agency professionals.
Demonstrate and model high standards of social work practice, supporting the professional development of colleagues.
Respond effectively to urgent situations and complex cases, balancing office responsibilities with hybrid working arrangements.
