Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and discreet individual to fill the role of a Lifestyle Reception Assistant. This position is dedicated to providing exceptional personalised support to guests at Escapade with a focus on managing their daily routines, supporting the lifestyle concierge, and ensuring a seamless and luxurious lifestyle experience.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and fulfil the unique needs of high-profile individuals.

Key Responsibilities
* Personal Concierge Services: Serve as the point of contact for personal and lifestyle-related requests. Support the team with travel arrangements. Create personalised experiences for guests with knowledge of Silverstone and the surrounding areas. Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Time and Schedule Management: Maintain and support a well-organised schedule for the concierge team. Anticipate conflicts and resolve them. Manage personal and professional correspondence efficiently.
* Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations during a guest’s stay and provide suitable solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Communication and Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, and security to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
* Knowledge of Local Area: Stay updated on local events, festivals, exhibitions and other happenings; maintain a comprehensive database of local attractions, services and contacts.
* Travel and Security Coordination: Collaborate with security and concierge personnel to ensure safety and privacy during travel and public appearances.
* Sustainability: Promote and act on Escapade sustainability initiatives as directed.

Performance and Skills
Performance will be assessed through the Personal Development Review (PDR) process. You will use your experience to generate and protect revenues, implement procedures and controls to monitor costs, and deliver a P&L that is on budget.
* Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or lifestyle/distinctive brand is desirable but not required
* A strong, positive guest service style
* Organised and able to work within a team or on own
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous
* Impeccable grooming and a refined professional presence
* Full clean UK driving licence is desirable
