Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain, and repair mechanical handling and lifting equipment
* Carry out inspection, warranty, and repair work to high quality standards
* Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently
* Complete all job documentation accurately and promptly
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a professional approach
* Follow safety procedures and support wider health & safety initiatives
* Continuously develop product and technical knowledge
Key Skills & Requirements
* Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electrical Engineering background
* Multi-skilled with hands-on experience in mechanical, hydraulic & DC electrical systems
* Familiar with diagnostic tools and software
* Confident using laptops, tablets, and smartphones for reporting and diagnostics
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Quality-focused with a proactive attitude to learning and improvement
* Able to build trust and long-term rapport with customers
