Role Overview
As Senior National Account Manager you will report to the Sales Director and collaborate with Marketing, NPD, Insights, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
* Manage some of the largest grocers/retailers—develop joint business plans, own the P&L and improve buyer relationships.
* Own the strategy with proactive cross‑functional work.
* Keep a keen eye on competitor activity and performance.
Qualifications
* +4 years FMCG branded sales experience in grocery.
* SME challenger brand experience is essential.
* Strategic thinker able to balance long‑term vision with short‑term priorities.
* High energy, low ego with emotional intelligence.
* London based and commutable to the central London office.
