The Role
As a Supply TA, your day will be varied and rewarding. You will:
* Support the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to boost their confidence and learning.
* Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and tidy classroom environment.
* Supervise break times and ensure pupil safety and wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience: Previous experience working with children (in or out of a school setting) is preferred.
* Attitude: Proactive, patient, and able to build rapport with children quickly.
* Communication: Strong verbal skills to help explain concepts to young learners.
* Reliability: Someone who shows up with a smile and a "can-do" attitude.
