* As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and success rate of technical sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include actively supporting the sales team in securing business opportunities, conducting comprehensive product demonstrations for partners, and utilizing tools like Datto to identify renewal opportunities for PC/Server devices. You will perform detailed technical audits, deliver regular onsite and remote audits, create comprehensive proposals and solutions tailored to client needs, and ensure effective documentation of technical audits and solutions. You will also liaise with project delivery teams, handle administrative tasks as needed, collaborate with the marketing department to create educational content, and lead product webinars to engage existing and potential partners.

This role is essential for bridging the gap between technical solutions and partner needs, equipping our sales team with the knowledge and tools required for success. We offer a salary range of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, along with a bonus package of up to £6,000 per annum (OTE £44K). Other benefits include a Team Share Equity Scheme and 21 days of holiday, increasing to 25 days with four years of service (plus bank holidays).
