Sales Support Executive We’re recruiting a highly organised, sales support executive to join our clients commercial team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, excels in clear communication and takes pride in delivering high quality admin support from behind the scenes. You’ll be the engine behind the sales team, making sure orders are processed correctly, customers stay informed, and everything moves from start to finish without a hitch. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, follow-through, and building strong internal and external relationships are key. Responsibilities * Processing incoming orders accurately, keeping everything aligned with company procedures and delivery timelines * Monitoring each order’s journey — checking stock availability, liaising with finance, logistics, and other teams to ensure on-time fulfilment * Keeping customers in the loop — notifying them of any changes or delays well in advance * Managing day-to-day admin duties with precision and professionalism * Coordinating product returns and seeing them through from request to resolution * Supporting the credit note process by working closely with both customers and credit control * Building solid working relationships across departments — acting as the glue that keeps operations aligned * Flagging any issues or customer concerns to the relevant sales managers promptly * Contributing to the wider commercial strategy by supporting process improvements and team goals What do you need? We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a calm, methodical approach to their work. You’ll be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both customers and colleagues, and experienced in administrative support, sales coordination, or order processing. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential, as is confidence using business systems and working with data. You’re a team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset—someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll also need a driving licence as may attend tradeshows with the sales team.
