Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday. The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with site leadership to support operational and quality objectives.

Job Description:
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will report directly to the Site Operations Manager and take full ownership of the site’s Quality Management System. You will be responsible for monitoring and assuring the quality of incoming materials, work in progress, finished goods, and all associated physical and transactional processes.
You will design, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 22716. The role involves managing and updating the Quality Manual, delivering training, supporting new product compliance, conducting internal and supplier audits, and driving preventative quality practices. The Quality Assurance Manager will also play a key role in shaping the long-term quality strategy and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a quality leadership role, ideally as a Quality Assurance Manager

Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and non-conformance management

Experience working to recognised quality standards

Highly diligent, accurate, and resilient with a proactive mindset

Comfortable conducting audits and leading corrective actions
*
Competent in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
