This is a great school with a fantastic and supportive headteacher, and for the right person, this could become permanent.Key Responsibilities
* Supporting children within the classroom, including working with small groups independently
* Assessment: Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils
* Classroom Management: Create a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment where all children feel valued and encouraged to succeed
* Safeguarding: Uphold the school's robust safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all pupils
* Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, share best practices, and communicate effectively with parents and carers
Requirements
A recognised qualification for supporting children within EYFS.
Proven experience of supporting within a primary school setting
A strong understanding of the EYFS Curriculum
Excellent behaviour management skills with a calm empathetic approach
Commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to school lifeSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.Why Work with Humly?
