£38,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Area Manager to be based at our client's Alderley Edge clinic in Manchester. In this senior role you will take overall responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the Alderley Edge site while providing remote oversight and for clinics in Glasgow, Cheltenham, and Harrogate. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident operator who thrives on multi-site responsibility and wants to grow with an ambitious, premium beauty brand.

Salary & Bonus

* Base salary: £38,000 per annum
* Annual performance bonus of £2,000-£3,000 for achieving 10% sales growth on the previous year

About the Role

Based at our Alderley Edge clinic, you will serve as the primary point of contact for teams across multiple locations. While day-to-day travel to the other sites is not required, you will provide remote managerial guidance and escalation support to the Glasgow, Cheltenham, and Harrogate clinics, ensuring consistent standards of service and performance across the group.
