What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the customer transition process, from identifying those affected to guiding them through new tenancy agreements or consultation notices.
* Building accurate records to track progress and key milestones across the project.
* Monitoring and reporting on outcomes, with a particular focus on tenancy agreements completed.
* Meeting with customers in their homes, explaining changes clearly, and supporting them through decision-making.
* Developing and delivering accessible communications for customers and stakeholders.
* Collaborating with neighbourhoods, lettings, and independent living teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Organising support and resources to ensure the project runs to agreed timeframes.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Education to A level (or equivalent).
* Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
* Proven experience handling complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
* Excellent organisational skills to balance competing demands and meet deadlines.
* Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
* Experience of lone or remote working.
* A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
