Key Responsibilities
* Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data.
* Create reports, dashboards, and automation to improve efficiency.
* Lead projects involving system configuration and business process improvements.
* Maintain data quality, resolve system issues, and support GDPR compliance.
* Work closely with end-users to optimise workflows.
Key Skills & Experience
* Over 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
* Strong knowledge of objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
* Confident with data imports, exports, cleaning, and security best practices.
* Skilled in user management, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
* Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, HTML/CSS, and integrations is a plus.
* Comfortable working in Agile with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Certifications (desirable)
* Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Admin
* Salesforce Platform App Builder / Developer I
