Overview
Turning Point Scotland’s North Ayrshire Prevention, Early intervention And Recovery (P.E.A.R.) Service is a drug and alcohol support service based in Stevenston. We involve all of the individuals who use our service to shape our service and benefit communities. They have an input into what activities we offer that will benefit them in their recovery and beyond. We offer 1-2-1 support, group work, therapeutic activities including relaxation and acu-detox in service and community settings. We are a very person-centred support service and stay in line with our logo “Your journey, your way. Your service, your say”.
We get involved in our local communities and attend various other groups and events across North Ayrshire to enable us to offer advice, guidance and signpost individuals to practical services to meet their needs. We also offer a drop-in service where individuals can attend without an appointment to access advice and information. The drop ins are aimed at individuals not engaging in services to offer an informal, comfortable space to meet other people.
