We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Coordinator to join our client, a growing property group based in North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience within the property industry.
Working as part of a team, this role will play a key part in ensuring that the property portfolio is well-maintained, compliant and supported through excellent communication and coordination.
Scheduling and organising property maintenance and repairs
Coordinating with contractors, suppliers and service providers
Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with relevant regulations
General property administration and portfolio support
Previous experience in property / real estate
Confident liaising with tenants and contractors
