Asset Manager (Estates & Facilities) Location - West London (Hybrid) Duration - 6 months (Initially) Ir35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company) The Estates Asset Manager is an essential role within the Estates and Facilities Directorate, reporting to the Estates Development Manager, they will be responsible for managing built assets, including but not limited to insurance, utilities, landlord and tenant matters, statutory and regulatory compliance, rates and council tax and space utilization. Responsible for the effective support and interface with estates capital projects, planned and reactive maintenance works, sustainability and the development of estates systems and networks. The postholder will support the leadership of the ongoing development of policies, processes, practices and systems that support effective asset management. championing a culture of service excellence, safety, compliance, and sustainability.
