What You'll Be Doing You’ll work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils who need additional help with their learning, confidence, and engagement. Your role might include: Supporting students in small groups or 1:1 Helping pupils stay focused and engaged during lessons Assisting teachers with classroom activities Encouraging positive behaviour and confidence Supporting children with additional learning needs A Typical Day Might Look Like ☀️ Start the morning supporting pupils as they arrive and settle into class Work with a small group on reading, maths or structured learning activities Help students participate in creative lessons and classroom projects Support a pupil 1:1 to help them stay engaged and confident ⭐ End the day knowing you’ve helped young people achieve something great No two days are ever the same!
