Quantity Surveyor (NEC4 / EV Infrastructure)
Location: Hybrid Role
Salary: up to £80,000 DoE + Car + Bonus + Benefits | UK (Hybrid)

Peace Recruitment Services is working in partnership with a fast‑growing EV infrastructure company to hire a Quantity Surveyor to support the rollout of charging projects across the UK.
This is a commercially focused role where you'll manage costs, NEC4 contracts, and procurement across multiple live projects.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage NEC4 contracts (payments, compensation events, risk registers)
* Prepare cost plans, Bills of Quantities, and tender documentation
* Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project spend
* Evaluate contractor pricing and manage final accounts
* Support delivery of EV infrastructure projects across the UK
What You'll Need
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction/infrastructure
* Strong NEC4 knowledge (essential)
* Background in civils, utilities, or energy (preferred)
* Commercially sharp with strong stakeholder skills
