Monarch Education is working closely with a supportive school in Peterborough to recruit a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant for a temp-to-perm role starting in September. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, help them regulate emotions, promote positive behaviour and engage with learning in a safe, structured and nurturing environment.
