About the Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You will inspire a love for learning, deliver engaging lessons, and provide a nurturing environment where children feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. Collaborating with colleagues and parents, you will create a dynamic learning experience that meets the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment is crucial.
* Keeping parents informed about their child's progress is essential.
* Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest teaching strategies, educational research, and policies is vital.
* Supporting the social and emotional well-being of your students is integral.
* Organizing and leading extra-curricular activities such as sports clubs, drama productions, or school trips
The successful candidate will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with Key Stage 2 students
* Passion for education and commitment to student success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
