Engagement Analyst

Purpose of the Job:
The Engagement Analyst will support the delivery of the engagement agenda for Enterprise Technology. Working closely with the Engagement Lead, the incumbent will help to unite and connect individuals across the function as 'one team' and align to the goals across client Technology (GCIO), and the wider Bank. They will be an active part of a broader engagement team across multiple technology functions and global regions. The role holder will build strong, collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders to support and drive an inclusive culture and enable our people to thrive in their work.

¨ Supporting the Engagement Lead in fostering a sense of community and belonging across the team, increasing engagement for staff through targeted, meaningful and consistent activity.
¨ Helping to shape and deliver internal Enterprise Technology specific engagement plans that connect back to, and support key strategies across Technology, and the wider Bank.
¨ With or on behalf of the Engagement Lead, representing Enterprise Technology in comms and engagement forums.
¨ Supporting the agenda and organisation of forums including All Hands, Town Halls, colleague exchanges, and others as appropriate – and understanding feedback data provided at these forums.
¨ Assisting in / creating and disseminating high quality, clear, engaging content for a range of key stakeholders.
¨ Working on programmes that support targeted learning across the team, driving knowledge sharing and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) initiatives.
¨ Being active in, and connecting with, various DEI forums across Technology in alignment with the Engagement Lead.
¨ Working on initiatives that support and develop talent across the department and enable the well-being and psychological safety of the team.
¨ Supporting positive change across the organisation through a strong network of colleagues who contribute to culture change, comms and engagement, and support the Technology Strategy and People Strategy for GCIO.
