Your Role
* You are responsible for supporting the General Manager in the successful management of the distribution centre.
* Ensuring positive team performance in each of the key result areas: Financial, Service, People and Operations.
* Effectively control inbound and outbound stock, ensuring the warehouse remains within targeted levels whilst remaining cost‑effective.
* You will ensure all warehouse colleagues act as brand ambassadors for the company in line with our marketing strategy.
* Demonstrate our key leadership characteristics and champion our company values.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with your team.
* Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
* Make a difference every day to the customer experience.
