What will you do as an NPD Manager?
* Work closely with founders/marketing teams to define innovation pipelines aligned to brand strategy and market trends
* Manage timelines and critical paths, ensuring all products are delivered on time and within budget
* Conduct competitor analysis, category reviews, and consumer insight gathering to support innovation strategy
* Owns supplier onboarding, pricing and costing and SKU culling
* Setup of our quality control processes both in the UK and China
What will you need to be an NPD Manager
* Ideally speak Mandarin
* Happy to be onsite 5 days a week initially
* Experience working within personal care/beauty/wellness
* Worked for a D2C brand
