What We’re Looking ForYou will be a great fit if you have:
20. Experience supporting primary-aged children with SEN or SEMH
21. A background in youth work, care, health & social care, or other child-related roles
22. Strongmunication and de-escalation skills
23. A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
24. UK-based child experience — essential
