Role: Senior Field Service Controller
Location: Croydon, CR0 4YL
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £43,956 pa DOE
Are you an organised, confident service professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? We’re looking for a Senior Field Service Controller to lead and coordinate field service activity, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient and high‑quality service experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, engineers and suppliers
* Manage and prioritise field service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs
* Lead, support and mentor service controllers
* Handle escalations and resolve service disruptions quickly and professionally
* Monitor KPIs, workload and work‑in‑progress to keep operations running smoothly
* Ensure accurate administration, documentation and system updates
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior service control, scheduling or coordination role
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent planning, organisation and problem‑solving ability
* Confident decision‑maker who performs well under pressure
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to lead by example and manage competing priorities
