As a Health and Safety and Waste Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to people with specified Health and Safety responsibilities, helping to keep our Global Client's facility a fabulous and safe place to work!
What you'll do:
* Provide administrative support to people with Health and Safety Responsibilities on site
* Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions
* Prepare and submit reports on safety activities and compliance status
* Track corrective actions and incident data
* review important safety documents
* Coordinate audits and inspections
What you'll bring:
Confident with excel spreadsheets and audit trails
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Communicate effectively in person, on telephone and by electronic means
Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, and presentation
Identify, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors, and to develop processes
Waste stream knowledge would be ideal but not essential
