Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee multiple Groundworks and Civil Engineering projects in the region.
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement effective solutions.
* Lead and mentor site teams to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
* Uphold health and safety regulations on all sites.
* Manage and coordinate resources, including staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and plant providers, ensuring efficient work methods.
* Oversee the daily use of appropriate company Information Systems and databases on-site.
* Ensure health and safety procedures are followed, with all staff and operatives aware of their responsibilities.
* Complete documentation such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Tool Box talks.
* Assist with the recruitment of skilled supervisors and operatives.
