A well-regarded primary school in Ealing is seeking a confident and experienced Year 5 Teacher to join their team after the Easter break. This is a full-time position until July 2026, with the potential to continue into September 2026 for the right candidate.
The school is looking for a strong classroom practitioner with excellent behaviour management skills, who can create a structured and engaging learning environment for pupils in Key Stage 2.
The Role:
* Year 5 Class Teacher
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
* Managing behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment
* Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
* Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
* Ability to motivate and engage pupils of varying abilities
* A proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
