The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with special educational needs, including those with challenging behaviour, ADHD, and social communication difficulties. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans, deliver booster sessions and targeted interventions, and help maintain positive behaviour management strategies within the classroom.
