Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for assisting with and managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to measurement & valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts for specific packages on the project, working with the commercial team.
Previous experience in managing packages valued up to £5m+ is essential.
* Minimum 10 years+ experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience managing individual packages in single values of approximately £5m+.
* BSc in Quantity Surveying or a comparable qualification.
* Previous roles: Quantity Surveyor, Project QS, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, or Cost Manager.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a comparable qualification.
