Business Development Manager - Events £38,000 - £45,000 Uncapped Commission Excellent Benefits Hybrid Leading events business seeks a talented Business Development Manager to join their fast growing sales team selling bespoke sponsorship packages, awards and delegate opportunities to global clients within their flagship event portfolio. The Business Development Manager role focuses on selling sponsorship packages across our client's conferences as well as the opportunity to cross sell their awards packages and delegate opportunities. Candidate Profile: * Minimum of 2 year experience in b2b sales Ideally delegate sales or media sales * Demonstrated success in achieving excellent revenue results. * Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage time to maximize productivity and achieve goals. * High emotional intelligence, skilled in building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. * Highly consultative sales approach * Personable and enthusiastic, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach—a true team player committed to collective success.
