About The Role:

Role Overview: The Supplier Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the relationships between OCS and its suppliers and subcontractors within a hard services facilities management (FM) environment. This role will focus on a national retail account, ensuring that all supplier interactions align with company objectives, budgets, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary liaison for suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
2. Foster and maintain strong relationships between OCS and its suppliers, ensuring mutual understanding and collaboration.
