We’re working with a fast-growing MSP based in Portsmouth, known for delivering high-quality IT support and modern infrastructure solutions. They’re now hiring a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team.
This is an onsite role, ideal for someone with solid 1st Line experience who’s looking to build their technical skill set and move toward 2nd Line and beyond.
You’ll be supporting a wide range of users and systems, gaining hands-on exposure to cloud platforms, networking, and infrastructure projects in a fast-paced MSP environment.
Required Skills:
* Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
* Good understanding of basic networking – DNS, DHCP, VPNs
* Comfortable with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* MSP experience is ideal
