The Role – Graduate Learning Support Assistant
As a Graduate LSA, you will:
* Provide academic and emotional support to pupils with additional needs.
* Work 1:1 and with small groups, helping students build confidence and independence.
* Adapt resources and strategies to make learning accessible.
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
* Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists to create a nurturing environment.

* Full-time, long-term role (Monday–Friday, term-time only).

About You - Graduate Learning Support Assistant
* Recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred) in Psychology, Education, English, or related fields.
* Previous experience with children/young people (e.g., tutoring, youth work, volunteering).
* Calm, adaptable, and resilient when faced with challenges.
* Genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education.
