Team PA – Retail Asset Management London (West End) £38,000–£43,000 plus excellent bens 4 days office-based (Monday–Thursday) Permanent | Full-time We are supporting a highly regarded, long-established property investment and development business with a significant Central London portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a purpose-led and commercially ambitious organisation managing prime urban assets, recognised for its long-term and sustainable approach to property investment. The Role This Team PA role will support two Directors within Retail Asset Management (one recently promoted and another joining shortly), alongside a wider team of five Asset Managers. This position requires someone who can quickly become the organisational backbone of the team — bringing structure, foresight and calm to a busy, high-performing environment. A core and essential focus of the role is extensive, complex diary and calendar management. This is not a reactive scheduling position. You will be expected to: Manage fast-moving, high-volume diaries with frequent changes Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings across multiple stakeholders Engage confidently with senior internal and external contacts Protect and prioritise Directors’ time in line with business objectives Anticipate clashes, problem-solve proactively and maintain momentum With both Directors stepping into evolving roles, they are seeking someone confident and capable who can hit the ground running Key Responsibilities Proactive and high-volume diary management (principal focus) Coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders and locations Raising and managing purchase orders Processing expenses Preparing presentations and supporting documentation Assisting with team events and offsites Providing broader administrative support to the wider asset management team Candidate Profile Ideally 2 years’ experience as a Team Secretary or PA within a commercial property environment.
