You will join an exciting Cisco logistics team, working alongside the department manager. He will mentor you, sharing his knowledge and expertise, while you document and learn from this experience. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway to succeed him when he departs.
Candidates MUST have or be eligible to obtain SC clearance upon hire.
Key Skills Required:
* Hands-on Cisco & Meraki expertise (testing, repairs, fixes)
* Managerial experience and skills
* Preferably RMA background (testing, repairs, warranty management)
* Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
* Perform proactive testing, repairs, and fixes on Cisco & Meraki equipment (routers, switches, access points)
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely returns, repairs, and support
* Utilize technical knowledge to support support calls and bid management
* Manage stock allocation and dispatch
* Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
* Handle stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
* Lead, manage, and optimize your team’s performance
* Document processes and generate reports for insights and improvements
* Maintain high quality standards across all activities
