What you will do
* Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families within the community.
* Provide guidance and support to team members, utilising your knowledge and experience to enhance service delivery.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safeguarding measures are proactively implemented.
* Engage with service users, delivering interventions that are both innovative and in accordance with best practices.
* Document and maintain accurate records to guarantee accountability and transparency in all cases.
* Liaise with external agencies to develop cohesive support networks for service users.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Extensive experience in frontline social services within the UK as a qualified social worker.
