Role Description
We’re looking for a Freelance Project Manager to join us on a 4-month contract.
This is a 4 days in the office / 1 day from home role, working closely with our Lead Project Manager, and PM & creative teams.
The focus of this role is simple:
Keep projects moving, clients informed, and standards high.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Owning day-to-day delivery across key client projects
* Keeping clients proactively updated (not waiting to be chased)
* Briefing work clearly into the studio and aligning internal teams
* Managing timelines, budgets, and priorities across multiple projects
* Spotting risks early and resolving issues before they escalate
* Helping bring structure and consistency to how projects are run
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in managing creative or campaign‑led projects within an agency
* Clear, confident communicator - both with clients and internal teams
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
* Commercial awareness - understands budgets, scope, and how to manage both
* Proactive mindset - someone who takes ownership rather than waits for direction
* Ability to manage and push back on scope creep where needed
