What you'll be doing
• Lead and manage all commissioning activities across relevant sites
• Develop and deliver the Commissioning Plan, governance, and procedures
• Oversee testing, documentation, and validation (FATs/SATs)
• Manage snag lists, change control, and project handover
• Coordinate closely with Construction, Operations & Maintenance teams
• Ensure a smooth integration of new systems into live site operations
• Report progress, track budgets, and uphold safety standards

What you'll need
• Proven track record in commissioning large-scale oil, gas, or refinery projects
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across multi-site teams
• Excellent knowledge of safety, environmental, and operational standards
• Experience with commissioning documentation, FATs, SATs & PSSR handovers
• Hands-on, decisive, and delivery-focused
