Job Title: Corporate Receptionist (Part-Time).
Location: Fetter Lane.
Working Arrangement: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (09:00 - 17:00)
Salary: Up to £35,000 (pro-rata).
Role Overview:
One of our boutique law firms is looking for a part-time frontstandalone of house to join them on a permanent basis. For this role, it will be 09:00 - 17:00 and a standalone role. This role will also include administrative tasks, supporting the operations manager and facilities within the law firm.
This is a great opportunity for an eager and dedicated individual.
Key Responsibilities:
·Setting up meetings
·The first point for contact
·Answering calls
·Being the first point of contact for the office
·Reporting to the operations team
·Set up meeting rooms
·Facilities
·Maintain a tidy and clean space
·Responsible for all meetings, both internal and external catering –
Qualifications:
·A minimum of 3-5 years of experience
·Highly motivated team player
·Strong front-of-house experience
·Strong time management and prioritisation skills
